Have you ever watched a movie where characters participate in a retreat in the woods, or a secluded resort, and thought “that would be fun”? This is your opportunity to experience your very own custom team building retreat. Secluding your team from the outside world of phones, computers, clients, and other distractions, and allowing them to be fully engaged with their colleagues and their surroundings, experiencing organic communication, collaboration, and creativity, all while having fun is the basis to our custom retreats. Perhaps it’ll be a single day. Perhaps it’ll be several days. Perhaps you’ll elect to include a number of our existing interactive experiences. Perhaps you’ll want to engage us to create custom experiences. Whatever your needs are, we’re ready to collaborate.
The Experience At A Glance
Each retreat is individually designed for the specific area in which it takes place. Have you already selected your retreat venue? Terrific! Do you need help securing the perfect location? Our experience architects will collaborate with you to find the ideal spot, where the goals of your retreat will be most met.
Do you want high adventure? We’re on it! Would you prefer a more cerebral experience? No problem. We’ll design experiences that utilize local landmarks, sights, and morsels of trivia, so that your participants are educated as well as entertained. Is your retreat ultimately about fun and relaxation? That sounds good to us.
In addition to a variety of team building activities, we are able to add custom, high-end culinary experiences, so that your participants are fully nourished, in both body and soul. Your day(s) of camaraderie don’t have to end at sundown. Imagine continuing the relaxed interaction with your colleagues by preparing a full, farm to table meal, all from scratch, and then enjoying it together, while celebrating the day’s adventures.
