LISA ENOCHS
Facilitator
A magna cum laude graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Lisa Enochs has been doing corporate entertainment and team building for over 20 years. She is a Certified Trainer in DISC and Emotional Intelligence, and enjoys creating a safe atmosphere for groups to learn new, more effective ways to communicate with one another and learn about themselves. Lisa has designed and led programs throughout the U.S. and abroad, and she especially enjoys programs that give back to the community.
DONNA HORKEY
Facilitator
Donna Horkey has an extensive background in the areas of training and people development. She began her career as the Director of Personnel for a Fortune 100 insurance company, and started her company, Missing Link Consultants, Inc., in 1988. She has an undergrad degree in psychology and a Master’s in HR. She has been accredited since 1987 by the HR Certification Institute, is a certified Management Coach, is recognized by the State of Florida courts as an expert in Title VII, and is an award-winning HR professional. Donna has had clients from California to Maryland and everywhere in between in both the public and private sectors. She loves delivering interactive “toolbox” training that enables people to be more effective as soon as they get back to work!
