DISC WORKSHOP
How many times have you thought “Why can’t everyone think like I do?” DISC has the answer to that and so many more communication questions. Prior to the in-depth, customized training program, participants take an online assessment and receive their detailed, personalized reports. Through a combination of teaching, experiential learning, and interactive exercises, you and your team will learn about yourselves, how you relate to others, and how others relate to you . . . all in a lively and interactive way. It’s fun, simple, and easy to assimilate into your culture. And you may have a few “aha moments” along the way!
The Experience At A Glance
Our DISC Workshop starts off with an overview of the history and validity of the DISC Assessment and Reporting process.
Participants work closely with their own, fully-personalized DISC Reports to assimilate the learnings of the model and put them to immediate use.
In a series of paired share and group exercises designed to deepen their understanding of their own personal communication preferences, participants also learn about the styles of their co-workers and are given tips and tricks (along with a handy cheat sheet) to help them put the principles of DISC into immediate action.
Participants learn about the similarities and differences between the different DISC Styles, and what motivates and energizes each of them.
SMART goals and an Action Plan are created for each individual to help them begin improving communications as quickly as possible.
