Culinary Team Building: Food Courts / Trucks

We had a terrific time presenting our FOOD COURT FACE-OFF to a group of 750 participants in Greensboro, NC, earlier this month!  Our signature culinary competition has participants design and construct a food court restaurant (or food truck, upon request), and cook a full progressive meal for all!  Check out the excitement HERE.
