Team Building & the United States Armed Forces

"Bravo" to Mr. Hawkins on his insightful comments . . .

Regardless of how you feel about the United States military, the entity wholeheartedly endorses, and implements team building, right from the get-go.

The only thing new recruits have in common, as they step off the bus at basic training, is that they’re all experiencing their first day as members of the armed services, and don’t know another individual.

Immediately, they are grouped together, and put to work, to achieve a single task - to prepare themselves for their service.  If the United States armed forces believes that strongly in team building, and kicking it into practice from the very beginning of colleagues’ time together, shouldn’t you?
