Farm To Table in San Diego

We had a blast with this group, and our Farm To Table Gathering experience, outside San Diego, last week!

Our own Chef Jeanne escorted teams through the process of utilizing locally-sourced agricultural products to design a small plate tasting menu, prepare the food, and serve an amazing multi-course farm-to-table meal. The array of local products included not only food, but beverages and floral products to create a beautiful table and dining experience.
