OPERATION: G.I. GRATITUDE
I don’t know, but I’ve been told . . . our G.I.s are as good as gold! Today’s mission is to thank the real American heroes that currently serve and protect, as well as those who’ve retired from their service. Operation: G.I. Gratitude puts you in the battlefield (so to speak) as you complete mental and creative challenges to earn the supplies you’ll subsequently load into care packs for our troops afar, or veterans around the corner. Once assembled and sealed, the care packs are manipulated to form a giant American flag - the perfect backdrop for your platoon’s group photos and presentation to the philanthropic recipients. This is one experience that will have your heart pounding and your pride swelling to the max!
The Experience At A Glance
Operation: G.I. Gratitude starts off with an ice-breaking activity to get into the “good will” and “competitive” states of mind.
Teams earn the supplies to include in their snack sacks by collectively completing photo, video, and trivia challenges, using our iPad Minis, loaded with Premier Pursuits®, our proprietary app.
Each team member stuffs his/her own care pack, and creates a homemade card for the soldier afar, or veteran around the corner.
We believe that no team challenge is complete without some sort of live publicity presentation highlighting the team’s hard work, spirit, and collaboration. Your participants create and perform this presentation for their colleagues, often resulting in great laughs and thunderous applause for all.
If your group is large enough, once all of the care packs are assembled and sealed, they’re manipulated to form a giant American flag - the perfect backdrop for your platoon’s group photos and presentation to the philanthropic recipients.
Whenever possible, a representative from the philanthropic organization accepting your generous donation, on behalf of the soldiers in the U.S. military, National Guard, and veterans who will receive it, will address your group, providing a heart-warming, face-to-face acknowledgment of your hard work.
“What an excellent event for team building! Matt promised to make this year's team event fun, entertaining, and bring our employees closer together.
The event was run well and everyone enjoyed it. Next year's event will be difficult to top, but I'm sure Premier will take care of us!!”
