CULINARY ADVENTURE


Take flight and tour the world in a culinary exploration of each continent with our International Culinary Adventure. Our own Chef Jeanne will curate a special menu of items from around the world for your teams to prepare. After teams select their country and cuisine, they’re provided pre-determined ingredients and will prepare the menu item presented. Additionally, each team will be given an additional assortment of five ingredients that are unique to their country, and create another dish of their choosing representative of their country. Topping it all off is a full, multi-course, international meal for the entire group. Whether you say “bon appetit,” “mangia,” “chow down,” or other, this is one experience sure to please every palate.

The Experience At A Glance

  • International Culinary Adventure starts off with an ice-breaking activity to get the competitive spirit flowing. 

  • Teams collectively complete photo, video, and trivia challenges, using our iPad Minis, loaded with Premier Pursuits®, our propriety app, in order to earn enough points to select their country (and cuisine) flag of choice.

  • Those who earn points faster have a better chance of selecting the cuisine they want . . . although they do not know what specific dishes they’ll later be cooking, and then enjoying with their colleagues.

  • In order to cultivate true teamwork, no recipes, and minimal instruction, are provided. With guidance from Chef Jeanne, our culinary master, and maybe an iPhone or two, teams whip up their culinary delights, utilizing the ingredients provided, to create award-winning dishes, specific to predetermined courses, for the overall meal.

  • Each team showcases its two dishes, and their components, which is immediately followed by the penultimate portion of this experience . . . a course-by-course tasting of the international culinary delights, served at each team’s “station.”

  • During the meal, the judges tabulate the scores, and the gold medals are ultimately bestowed upon the winning team immediately after dessert.
