SANTA’S VILLAGE O’ TOYS
Dear Santa . . . I want a philanthropic team building experience guaranteed to bring smiles to children and adults, alike. Ideally, I would like an experience in which teams are challenged to design and build their very own toy store façade, worthy of old St. Nick! I’d like my elfin architects to be provided with basic supplies, such as cardboard, tape, cutters, and a variety of décor items that they’ll use, along with their own creativity and collaboration. I’d also like each team to have to work together, to collectively create a “Christmas Village.” And, if you are able to throw in some competitive challenges, testing everyone’s holiday knowledge, it would be great. Oh, and I’d like to have lots of toys gathered and assembled, and donated to children that might not have much this Christmas.
The Experience At A Glance
Santa’s Village O’ Toys starts off with a festive ice-breaker, ensuring that every elf is put into the holiday and competitive frame of mind.
Teams then design, construct, and decorate a Santa-worthy toy store façade, complete with a photo collage of the team’s hard-working elves.
Additionally, teams are tasked with earning toy kits that they’ll construct and then adorn in their toy stores, by collectively completing photo, video, and trivia challenges, all based on the holiday spirit and season, using our iPad Minis, loaded with Premier Pursuits®, our proprietary app.
Ask the big bosses at Toys ‘R’ Us, or FAO Schwartz . . . no toy store is complete without an enticing name, logo, and publicity campaign. Always entertaining, your participants’ “commercials” often elicit the deepest of “ho-ho-hos” from viewers.
Whenever possible, a representative from the philanthropic organization accepting your generous donation, on behalf of the individuals who will receive it, will address your group, providing a heart-warming, face-to-face acknowledgment of your hard work. Who knows . . . Santa Claus, himself, might even pay a visit.
"Thank you so much! Your session helped make our National Sales Meeting a huge success. Thank you for being such a great partner!"
