FALL FEST FACE-OFF

fall team building

Cool breezes, crisp apples, and bright pumpkins all signify that the time to play in the leaves has once again returned. Available the day after Labor Day to the day before Thanksgiving Day, Fall Fest Face-Off is our four-part challenge, celebrating some of the best flavors and pastimes of the autumn season, in which participants utilize different skill sets in an attempt to take home the gold. How are your Rube Goldberg designs? We’ll find out when you design, construct, and show off your Pumpkin Catapult or Pumpkin Coaster. Do you know the secret ingredients to the best spiced apple cider? We’ll find out in our Spiked Cider Competition. You want to be the season’s next top chef? We’ll see if you have what it takes in the Harvest Turkey Slider Challenge. Get ready . . . get set . . . go! Let’s see how well you do in our Pumpkin Relay Challenge . . . a set of unique relay races like you’ve never experienced, all using fall’s most beloved squash . . . or is it a gourd? Let’s not split hairs. These are the basis of our Fall Fest Face-Off experience. Of course, nothing is ever as simple as it seems, so get ready, because it’s time to fall into line and celebrate!

The Experience At A Glance

  • After the formation of teams and some spirited activities to get the energy flowing, teams are guided from station to station, where they compete in specific mental, minimally-physical, and creative challenges.

  • With limited time at each station, collaboration is essential. Using only the tools provided, minimal instruction, and a lack of recipes, teams must work together to complete the tasks at hand before the sound of the bell, and its rotation to the next quadrant.

  • Our four quarter challenges include:

    • Pumpkin Relay Challenge

    • Spiked Cider Challenge

    • Harvest Turkey Slider Challenge

    • Pumpkin Catapult Challenge or Pumpkin Coaster Challenge

  • For those who prefer to not include alcohol, you may cut it, completely, if you wish, and we may provide an alternative “fourth quarter” activity. The other option is to make spiced (not spiked) apple cider. The choice is yours.

  • For those who wish to have more of a “networking” experience, depending upon overall group size, we are often able to incorporate “mix and match,” where participants start off on one team and unbeknownst to them, periodically change, throughout, ensuring they work with a variety of their colleagues.

"This was a great team building experience. After a stressful week of reviews, it was 'fire and forget' from an organizational standpoint. The activities were fun and our teams got to know so much more about each other. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a cool team building exercise!"

It’s important for us to have a personal connection with you. As a result, we don’t provide every little detail here.
